INCA Productions partnered with Worlds Better to strengthen the sustainability performance of The Nat Gala, a fundraising and awareness event celebrating biodiversity and environmental conservation. Working alongside the INCA team throughout planning and delivery, we helped embed sustainability into key decision-making processes, establish clear environmental objectives, and engage suppliers to support these goals through responsible sourcing and sustainable delivery practices.

Worlds Better measured the event's carbon footprint and waste impacts, collecting and analysing data to identify key environmental hotspots and opportunities for future improvement. Our support included guidance on material reuse, waste reduction, local procurement, and circular economy approaches, with a focus on ensuring event assets could be repurposed, reused, or donated after the event.

The project demonstrated how sustainability can be successfully integrated into a high-profile event without compromising creativity or guest experience. By combining practical sustainability planning with robust impact measurement, INCA gained valuable insights into the environmental impact of The Nat Gala and a clear roadmap for reducing emissions, minimising waste, and continuing to improve the sustainability of future events.
