What attracted you to Worlds Better?
The work World’s Better is doing and the impact it’s having in the events space goes beyond exciting, it’s fundamental to creating needed change. Even more attractive that, Worlds Better founder, Chrissie Beck, is a powerful force to the world of sustainability and it’s such a pleasure to work as part of her team.
What do you enjoy doing?
My favourite thing to do is support brands in effectively communicating their efforts to help accelerate the behaviour change that’s required to help save the world and make it a better place for everyone in it!
How did you become passionate about sustainability?
The day I watched one of my parents put a plastic milk bottle in the bin and when questioned, told me they didn’t believe in recycling, I realised there was A LOT of work to do in the world, if in my own household we’re getting something so simple and so easy, so wrong.
Tell us a fun fact about you!
I'm a laser tag lover and on one occasion I actually beat a US soldier to first place.
Do you have a favourite quote?
Live light, travel slight, spread the light, be the light.
Welcome to the team, Mila!
